Issue 5 (title indentation)

This indents (presentation | part | section | subsection | frame ) (sub)? titles by adjusting \leftskip and \rightskip instead of prepending \hspace.

I have added a small example that demonstrates very long titles. If you want to merge this, I will remove the corresponding commit.
