use columns and not only rho and v. for example given a file with the format: fr rho v j one may give: -c 0 1 2 3 -rs 60 100 300 -re 100 150 400 which means: - use columns 0, 1, 2, and 3 - columns 1 from 60 to 100 - columns 2 from 100 to 150 - columns 3 from 300 to 400 - xlabel: time or frame - better file names (no *.txt.txt or *.txt.png)

(1)The velocity can be calculated based on pedestrian movement directions, so now different options ( X, X+,X-,Y,Y+,Y-) can be selected when calculating velocity. (2)The velocity of moving back is set as 0 when using options of X+,X-,Y+,Y- during calculation.

Script "_Plot_cell_rho.py" and "_Plot_cell_v.py" are modified. Now the geometry is also plotted when plotting voronoi cells.

Improvement: In the past when all the pedestrians are on one straight line, Voronoi diagram can not be generated and Method D can not solved. Now the coordinate of one pedestrian is changed a little bit(0.05m far from the line) place and Voroni diagram can obtained!
