- Produce a vector of random numbers. Shuffle it. Choose one random
  number

- Add new function for greedy distribution using the vertex
  with the largest distance. in <source> attribute "greedy=true"
  Default = false.

- Routines to python-plot Voronoi diagram. Will be removed later
- todo: random numbers generator uses random seed.

In case a local version  of boost have to be used:
-D Boost_NO_SYSTEM_PATHS=true (default false):

 Pass this option together with

-D BOOST_ROOT=PARH_where_to_find_boost.

there are some nasty fixes for peds coming
from a queue who do not have any navline.
This means their v0 can not be calculated, which is
especially bad for 3D geometries (ramps)
